International Shipping – European Union
We ship to the European Union via USPS International services. Please note the following for EU orders:
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria): 7–14 business days
- Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 10–16 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czechia): 10–18 business days
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Sns Designz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom and handmade orders ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, plus the international transit time above.
Tracking: All international orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at snsdesignz20@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
